NATIONAL AMATEUR ECAN MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIPS

EVENT DESCRIPTION

For an 12th consecutive year, the biggest amateur motocross race in Eastern Canada, the Eastern Canadian National Amateur Championship (ECAN) presented by Yamaha Canada, Dion Sports, Fox and Sinto Racing, will take place on the wonderful site of Motocross Deschambault. This race will be held from July 22 to 28th, 2024. In addition, throughout the week (starting Monday, July 22nd), family activities and practices open to all will be offered. With all the success of the last few years, amateur and professional runners, sponsors and the media have praised the place describing it as one of the most beautiful sites in Canada. In 2021 and 2022, the Deschambault motocross site won the "Track of the year" award at the Canadian level. Motorcycle industry leaders are now convinced that the magnificent site of Motocross Deschambault, with the new organization of the Club MX Deschambault, has all the potential necessary to host the biggest amateur motocross event in Canada. Great improvements are coming for 2024. We have listened to racers as well as families to make the event as enjoyable and financially affordable as possible.

Again this year, AMO Racing will be in charge of the races. There will therefore be a new schedule, changes in the classes of racers in order to be able to register in several categories as well as the addition of several social activities that will take place throughout the week. To finish in style, the National MX Tour with the professionals will take place on Sunday July 28th.
