  • 7:00 AM: Site opens.
  • 9:00 AM: Reception desk opens for registration for practices. Get 50% off your registration if you pre-register for the ECAN thanks to Motosport 4-saisons!
  • 10am-3pm: ECAN practices.
  • 3pm-4pm: pit bike practices.
  • 2pm-6pm: ECAN registration at the reception desk.
  • 4pm-6pm ELECTRIC NIGHT. Electric bike and motorcycle demos.
  • 7pm-9pm PIT BIKE, TALARIA, EBIKE, and STACYC RACING.
  • 8:00 PM: Registration for Wednesday practices at the registration desk.
  • 10:00 PM: Gates and registration desk close.
  • 11:00 PM: Curfew, generators shut down.

    Wednesday 22 July

    • 6:00 AM: Site opens
    • 8:00 AM: Pro Shop opens and registration for ECAN practices at a rate of $45 for the large track and $25 for the small track. Those who pre-register receive a $10 discount, presented by ADM SPORT.
    • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: ECAN practices.
    • 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: ECAN registration at the reception desk.
    • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: ECAN opening ceremony at the podium!
    • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: WESTERN NIGHT. Beast versus machine! Who will win?
    • 10:00 PM: Gates close.
    • 11:00 PM: Curfew, generators shut down.

    Thursday, July 23th

    • 6:00 AM: Site opens.
    • 7:30 AM: ECAN races begin. Official schedule coming soon
    • 5:00 PM: End of races.
    • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: HOLESHOT CHALLENGE FOX & GARANT WHEELBARROW RACE

    Friday, July 24th

    • 6:00 AM: Site opens.
    • 7:30 AM: ECAN races begin. Official schedule coming soon
    • 5:00 p.m.: End of racing.
    • 5:00 p.m.: Corn roast MD DISTRIBUTION
    • 7 p.m.-9 p.m.: FXR STRAIGHT RYTHM. Registration (FREE) for Straight Rhythm at the Pro Shop (super mini/inter/pro class) with prize money.
    • 10:00 PM: Gates close.
    • 11:00 PM: Curfew, generators shut down.

    Saturday, July 25th

  • 6:00 AM: Site opens.
  • 7:30 AM: ECAN races begin. Official schedule to come
  • 5:00 PM: End of races.
  • 7:00 PM: Trophies and plaques will be presented to the top 10 finishers in each class.
  • 10:00 PM: Gates close.
  • 11:00 PM: Curfew, generators shut down.

Sunday, July 26th

  • 6:00 AM: Site opens
  • 8:00 AM: PRO NATIONAL
  • 12:50 p.m.: Presentation of the JSR Trophy and the Courage Fred Laflamme Trophy
  • 2:00 p.m.: Presentation of the Yamaha bLU/cRU competition motorcycle

100% refund with doctor’s note.

Admission fees

Here are the admission and camping fees for riders and their companions.
Passes cover the entire duration of the ECAN week’s activities (including Sunday’s National MX TOUR Championship) and provide access to services such as drinking water, garbage disposal, showers, laundry facilities, bike park, basketball, the lake, music, and all on-site activities as listed in the social activities schedule.

No refunds.
